BEFA stands for Better Education For All, and that’s our goal. We believe students from wealthy and poor families alike deserve the same accessibility to quality education. We see this as a fundamental right and necessity to decrease the achievement gap of children in poverty. We work to improve student success through our efforts of funding, government collaboration, and by teaming up with the schools, teachers, and students we serve.

GOALS ACHIEVED:

To implement after-school programs and tutoring services into low-income areas by the end of our first year in business. (Success! Check out BEFA Art Club South Bronx)

GOALS:

To provide Teacher Training courses to our low-income schools we serve by the end of our first five years.
To lobby our educational research to government agencies for improving school systems by the end of our first ten years.
To extend BEFA outside of the United States. We will search areas around the world, finding those most in need of educational funding and system support. We will connect with their governments and education related NGOs to serve these countries, and their students in the best way possible.
